Energy healing dates back thousands of years to China and India. The Chinese called this energy Qi and the Indians called it Prana. They believed that the free flow of this energy throughout the body was important for its health and well-being.
As medical science has improved over the years various techniques of energy healing ie, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reiki are becoming more and more recognised by many Medical institutions and used in conjunction with traditional medicine. Further, there are studies that have been carried out in the medical field that shows stress is the major cause of disease and illness.
What causes stress? Any event in your life that creates a negative emotion such as anger, sadness, fear, disgust, grief. And more.
In the short term these emotions are generally ok but if they are carried over many months or even years that is when stress really starts to affect the body.
Energy healing focuses on reducing or releasing any blockages in the body's energy systems, ie, meridian lines and chakras and thereby reducing or even ridding the negative effects of stress.
My channelled healing is Spiritual and Reiki
based and uses a non-invasive technique of 'hands on' or 'hands off', whichever suits the client. Healing may also be sent remotely and in my experience is every bit as effective as direct 121 healing.
The 528hz frequency (sometimes called the Miracle frequency) is believed to have profound effects on the body and mind. Sound and music recorded on the 528Hz frequency accompanies all our healing. It is said:
to increase energy levels
reduce stress and anxiety
improve concentration
reduce pain and inflammation
improve sleep quality
In addition a range of tuning forks which resonate at different frequencies, including 528hz, are used to stimulate, open or unblock the chakras.
If appropriate Gong and crystal sound baths are used to create multiple vibrations/frequencies that resonate with the brain and body. They can take us from an awake state through to a calm state then finally to a deeply relaxing meditative state.
